No soda, and not even temped.

Once you get something out of your body you no longer crave it.Anyway that is the experience I have had so far with soda. On a normal day I would drink 4-5 cans of soda, This made think, why is it so hard for nicotine user to quit. I beleive it is more of the habbit you have made of it. This got me thinking if I make eating right a habit it will stick with me, and I will crave a healthy life style.
