What is the right way to eat. There are so many eating styles that have pros and cons. I really wish I could find an answer.There are junk food, junkies this is obviously unhealthy for many reasons. There are vegans ( I have no idea about them), vegatarians, raw food only.. so many options.
I think that it would be awsome if for 12 months somebody tried out a different eating style. I would really like to know what is more healthy.
