As I sit around Cici's Pizza ( I know not the most healthiest food I could be eating)I ate my salad and observed the people around me. The hungry people went up th the buffet one by one countless times.
This got me thinking how unhealthy are buffets. Come to find out buffets are the worst place to eat. Buffets are also the most unsanitary enviroments. Think about how many children touch the food you put in your mouth.
Not to mention how hard it is to stop eating. If you are like me it is easy to spend an hour in a buffet. If you stop in think, Do I ever eat this long at home? You may beable to conrol the erge to go after plate number 4 or 5.

This is interesting. I never really thought about the impact beffets can have on people's diets and health. When I eat at a buffet, I always feel like I should eat more to get what I paid for. Good observation!
